What we believe
Our beliefs
The heart of what we believe, in plain words. We would love to talk about any of it over coffee.
The Bible
The Bible is God's Word. It is true, trustworthy and sufficient, and it is our guide for what we believe and how we live.
God
There is one God, eternally existing as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, the Creator who made us and loves us.
Jesus
Jesus Christ is God the Son. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross in our place, rose from the dead, and will return.
Salvation
Salvation is a free gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus alone. It is not earned by good works.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit lives in every believer, giving new life, guiding, comforting and equipping us to serve.
The church
The church is a family of believers who gather to worship, grow, serve one another and share the good news with the world.
Baptism and the Lord's Supper
Believers are baptized by immersion as a public picture of new life in Christ, and we share the Lord's Supper to remember His death until He comes.
Our mission
Every follower of Jesus is sent. We give, go and pray so that our neighbors and the nations hear the gospel.
Have a question?
Pastor Ray would be glad to talk about faith, baptism or joining the church.
